Assisting the City of Lubbock in the support and operation of the genealogy section at the Mahon Building of the Lubbock Public Library.

The Wilson-Cobb History and Genealogy Research Library is a special collection, standalone library that was established in April 1999. It was organized to serve the needs of Roswell, New Mexico and surrounding communities in the geographical area.
